We adopt TAIBEILIER tabular corundum as our core composite raw material, which serves as the "performance backbone" for refractories deployed under ultra-severe high-temperature working conditions.Sintered at an ultra-high temperature of 1950℃, tabular corundum features a compact tabular α-Al₂O₃ crystal structure. It acts as the preferred aggregate for high-grade refractories, precision casting and high-temperature industrial furnaces, and functions as the ultra-stable catalyst bed support medium for ethylene chemical processes. Its core strengths lie in superior heat resistance, extended service life and outstanding operational reliability.

Our ultra-high-purity α-alumina polishing powder (99.9%–99.99% purity) features fully tunable particle sizes spanning nanometer to micrometer ranges. Clients may select tailored particle specifications based on target polishing precision:

1. Coarse polishing: 5–50 μm coarse grains for high-efficiency removal of deep scratches and thick oxide layers;

2. Medium polishing: 1–5 μm medium grains to refine surfaces and mitigate surface defects;

3. High sintering activity for low-temperature densification: Custom high-temperature calcination technology endows the powder with exceptional sintering activity. Dense sintering can be realized at merely 1600℃ with a 2-hour holding time, cutting energy consumption and boosting overall production efficiency.

Excellent formability: Loose packing density 2.3-2.4 g/cm³, molding pressure as low as 100MPa, sintered body density ≥3.9g/cm³, stable firing shrinkage rate 15%-18%, dimensional accuracy up to ±0.01mm.

With uniform and dense grains and an extremely fine α-phase crystal structure, free from any agglomeration, each powder particle is regular and uniform. Nanoscale and submicron particle sizes are precisely controllable, with a standard supply of 99.5%-99.9%. High-end customized versions can reach 4N-level high purity standards, low in sodium and iron, with single-phase impurities strictly controlled below 5ppm. This fundamentally eliminates ion precipitation and particle shedding, acting like a "clean shield" for wafer handling and substrate production, steadily improving product yield.
