Alumina Grinding Ball, produced via advanced sintering technology, features a dense structure and stable performance. It boasts core properties such as high hardness, high density, low wear loss, smooth surface and corrosion resistance. With Al₂O₃ purity covering multiple specifications including 92% and 95%, and available in various forms such as pressed balls, rolled balls and cylindrical balls, it is suitable for different grinding scenarios.
Alumina Packing Ball is an inert ceramic sphere made from ultrafine powder through ball-forming and high-temperature calcination. It features high temperature and pressure resistance, low water absorption and stable chemical properties, capable of withstanding corrosion from acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and adapting to temperature fluctuations in the production process. With a maximum Al₂O₃ purity of up to 99.5%, water absorption as low as 1-5‰, compressive strength of 1.6-2.3MPa, and specifications ranging from Φ1mm to Φ1000mm, it is an ideal catalyst support material in the chemical industry.
